At this point, I have a few (minor) disagreements.
1. I think we only keep 2 QBs. Moore to the PS.
2. I think we keep Urban over Austin. Urban strikes me as someone who would be a very valuable backup. I believe they said during the game broadcast that he knows all of the WR positions. He has experience and good hands. Plus, with Thompson back, Austin's main value to the team as the KR is gone. Miles just doesn't impress me as a receiver.
3. Berger over Procter for back up G/C. Simply, I just think he is better. Though I admittedly haven't super-analyzed the performances of all the backup o-lineman, Procter has stood out to me in a negative manner. Berger seemed much more comfortable than him at C.
4. I think we hang on to Stephen Bowen for a total of 7 d-linemen. He strikes me as a slightly less talented version of Ratliff. Both are high motor guys that have value because they could probably every position in our 3-man front if needed.
5. I like Alan Ball over Joey Thomas. Thomas simply makes too many mistakes. I don't think that it is coincidence that when these two are in the game together, very few passes are thrown in Ball's direction. Alan hasn't stood out to me much in the first two games, which is a big compliment for a CB. Yes, he did get beat for a TD against Indy, but his coverage was excellent and simply beat by a perfect pass.
