I would still take Felix over CJ. He had the production because the Titans actually used him and he didn't get hurt. Felix may not be faster, but he is quicker and more elusive than CJ, plus he has better vision.

Felix did put up similar numbers when he played (barring Washington, no touches). If he gets as many touches as CJ, he'll be close at least. And still, Barber and Choice swing balance our way

The rule makes perfect sense. Unless the kickoff team is watching the returner before the punt there's no way they could have saw him make the fair catch call.
