Nice and congratulations! Counting the days until both of mine are off the payroll. At least my son’s rent isn’t as much as So Cal rents. Out of state tuition hurts me though. Hopefully my daughter doesn’t hurt me as much. She is looking at Santa Barbara and San Diego though. I don’t think she is going to let me off easy.

1200 was rent only with a roommate. We still paid additional for gas, utilities, food and tuition. Being in state, ucla tuition was reasonable.
