I'm doing indigenous foods of the other city all year. I've done it before and it was fun so I'm trying again. Since it's a work day I had to keep it pretty simple and I'm doing Cuban sandwiches, chili lime sweet potato fries, and Cuba Libre cocktails. I've got some pulled pork left from a butt I smoked on Labor Day, fresh deli ham, homemade pickles, and Swiss that I'm going to do in the panini press for the sandwich.
When we play Philly do jalapeno poppers filled with Philadelphia brand cream cheese count? For Kansas City and Carolina can I just BBQ like I probably would anyway? For the Las Vegas Raiders do I have to cook a skimpy, low quality prime rib and serve it buffet style?

I got up at 6:00 am and threw some flat iron steaks on the grill outside. My wife is at her parents helping with Doc appointments...so I'm eating steak all day. I started with steak and eggs this morning. I'll have more steak at lunch with a salad. Another steak during the game. I'll finish with the steak we are going to plant in the heart of Tampa Bay tonight!

This is the first all day menu post I have seen but that last steak better be a stake because hammering a steak into the heart of Tampa Bay is an all day job because there's no bone in that steak to get you started. You'll need a stake knife.

LOL...typing without paying attention. I'll leave it though. I do hope we STAKE them faster than just killing them with cardiovascular disease

No, you can do whatever you want for the Raiders game but it's on Thanksgiving so it's one I may struggle to fulfill. If I do I'll probably go with shrimp cocktail and Bloody Mary's if I do.

Man, reading this thread makes me feel fatter than I already am. Everyone seems to be going with relatively healthy choices, lol. My game day meal is always Whataburger! Though if I have people over for a game I will fire up the grill. I see a Sweet and Spicy burger in my future tonight though.

Do you know what's at steak here??? My god man, I'm a doctor not a mason!

So is rum out of the question also since it's a pirate drink?

Whatever floats your boat.

Though if I ever needed something to tell myself I'm "different" (I don't, but IF) it's because I am NOT a Whataburger fan. Had their food several times, used to be one where I live but it did poor business and closed, maybe I'm not so "different"?

Much prefer a non-chain burger (my own especially) when I can get one.

Shout out to Belly Acres in Memphis, TN, had a great burger there last year, much recommended if anyone's going through Nashville...

Found a shaved Ice place a few blocks away They do hamburgers right The kind you need to have paper towels handy when you eat them. No driving and eating those 1/2 pounders
