Buffalo is getting smoked so I'm going grilled brisket, grilled corn, grilled watermelon, and grilled red potatoes. With peach tea.

Made a banging sauce with meatballs and pork braciole. Wife had a piece of the braciole last night and loved it. Gonna get some wings for an app though, we are playing Buffalo.

Wifey bought me a smoker for Christmas and let me have it early so I have a brisket going since about 5:30am and then some homemade smoked Mac n cheese going on later. Also smoking some cream cheese cuz I hear it's amazing with snack crackers.

Yesterday, I mentioned street tacos... my revised lunch menu is chicken fajita tacos with refried beans and guacamole salad.

Tex-Mex is great comfort food. May even make a few margaritas
