Baking chicken drumsticks- smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper.
Brined mini-red potatoes last night in a water+Texas Pete hot sauce+ red pepper flakes mixture; will bring to a slow boil.
Will also slow cook on the stove top a small bag of mini-carrots; when they become tender, will add two cans of sweet peas.
Browned dinner rolls.

Is the Pork braciole you speak of an italian item? It threw me because our old italian neighbors used to make what they called Brasciole but it was beef instead of pork. It was delicious

However, they also made tripe in tomatoes sauce that was not the best smelling stuff and something they just called "Skins". It was pigskin rolled up with herbs wrapped up and tied at each end and cooked in tomatoe sauce until tender......real italian right there.
Yeah. Not sure because honestly if you go to Italy they don’t have 90% of the American Italian dishes we have here but pork to beef braciole is very similar I just prefer the pork one more, little more tender.
