Chicken breast (pan-seared then baked) with mashed potatoes, roasted long-stem broccoli and carrots. Finished with a peppercorn sauce.
Game is 21:15 here in Scotland. Half-time late night snack will be some instant noodles (I think you guys in the States call it ramen).
