Sounds like we're all having potato today. Got some leftovers from the potato au gratin casserole we had last night.

Leftover pizza from a new local Italian restaurant. Don't do the chain pizza places.
Or some leftover wings from the same place. Mango Habenaro and Spicy Ranch.

Or a little of both.

I think Ranching usually does these. I wasn’t sure if it was a weekly thing still or not (I did reach out to him earlier today), since they are up fairly early typically 8:05 AM EST.

You and I are thinking alike! I have a 5 lb boneless turkey breast in the smoker (cheating today and using the pellet). Pairing it with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies.

I have slowly been converting to pellet from a stick burner over the last few years. I don’t consider it cheating anymore, too much work not to use a pellet grill these days. I put an extra smoke tube in there for the first half of the cook…..no complaints.
