I hope the team isn't half as worried about the weather as us fans.

as much as i would love for it to snow any other day i do NOT want it to be sunday!!!

meh...i'll take my chances with a snow game...those are always the most memorable and it would be a perfect fit for this old time rivalry.

Yes. I love it. Now, the Cowboys get to beat them 13-10 or 9-6. Yes!

I'm more worried about the field conditions.
That field is one of the worst if not the worst in the NFL.
It's real grass too.
They play high school, college and pro during a typical home weekend for the Steelers.
Why they refuse to put in field turf...I have no idea.
The new sod is suppose to be in for this game but if it rains or snows...that new sod will get nasty real quick.

Listening to some of the Steelers talk they think it adds to home advantage.
I guess they are used to the conditions.

Is that what "few snow showers" look like? :laugh2:

Personally, I love watching snowy games. I'm not worried.

They played a game against Miami last year on Monday night and it rained so much and the field got so sloppy that a Miami punt literally stuck in the sludge that the Steelers call a field. The ball literally stuck in the ground like a high tee shot to a Par 3 at about 6am at your local public course with the green soaking from the sprinklers.
The next day all the recaps on sports radio was about how terrible the field was.
Pittsburgh won the game 3-0.

BTW...Pittsburgh averages more rainfall than Seattle on a yearly basis.

Wow, I am soooooo nervous about this game the the rest of the season!

remember its a couple days away so anything could happen

The 1990's Cowboys were built for bad weather. They could grind it out with the best of them(other than Troy Aikman who could not throw a wet ball very well). This current team is not however. We rely on the pass to set up the run. We better hope it is dry Sunday and that the field holds up. The Steelers are much better prepared to play in bad weather. Also Big Ben's hands are a lot bigger than Romo's and this factors into how well a QB throws a wet ball. TO is not a good bad weather reciever either.
