I'm posting early, cause this one will need preparation. I am taking a wild turkey out of the freezer tonight, thawing it for about 30 hours, marinating it for another 36 hours then sticking it's head far up it's butt and smoking it for a day. I'll let it sit and cool, slice it up and then make Turkey Ala Goodell samiches on gameday! Salud!
