I'm volunteering at a food truck festival this afternoon and evening to benefit my son's special needs ski program, so I'll be dining on a variety of who knows what.

I am taking a wild turkey out of the freezer tonight, thawing it for about 30 hours, marinating it for another 36 hours then sticking it's head far up it's butt and smoking it for a day. I'll let it sit and cool, slice it up and then make Turkey Ala Goodell samiches on gameday! Salud!

Turkey Ala Goodell will give you indigestion. Just thinking about the name gave me to belch.
