That does sound pretty good.

I don’t have the ingredients to make chili as I used the last of it up a week or so ago for brisket chili. And I’m awaiting results of COVID tests on the kids, so house bound for now. I’ll keep that in mind for the next time I do chili though. Thanks!

Canned chili is allowed for Frito Pies.

The dish was created by the manager at the DQ in Abilene when he noticed the slickness of the inside of a bag of Fritos and wondered how chili and cheese would work in there and created an overnight sensation. I make chili, got to have the Fritos to go in it as well as the onions and jalapenos.

When I was in Jr High, we used to go to the 7 Eleven next to the school, get a bag of fritos, open it, and poor chili and cheese into the bag before paying for it. so good that way.

My wife makes a sausage, potato and onion meal in the crock pot.

It has country sausage, potatoes, onions with cream of mushroom soup slow cooked.

it’s delicious.

Breakfast was Shipleys Donuts, lunch will be Casa Ole(we sorely missed TexMex) then Texas Roadhouse for dinner

Tacos al pesca. Salmon ans halibut. Salsa, pico de gallo, pickled red onions, mango salsa, shrimp ceviche with tequila green chili verde and guacamole. Cold beer. Enjoy the game, zoners.

Spaghetti and meatballs yet again, and i will continue to have them every Sunday until the Cowboys win.

Well that could be a long time The offense looks good and just needs some fine tuning but the defense needs a complete overhaul.

Fritos are among the best fire starters out there. In my younger days, i always carried a bag of fritos to get fires going.
