Looks like leftover Monday and a salad. My wife made a recipe that @DakPresgoat shared a couple of weeks ago. A potato and sausage plate, except she tweaked it and made it a soup. She also made some chicken fries chicken to serve with it. It was great. We'll have some of that tonight.

Just wrapped up dinner with a filet mignon basted in garlic parmesan butter, roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables...finished up with Guiness Stout.

During the game will have a couple of glasses of Laguvulin single malt.
