My wife is giving me the side-eye like she expects me to be mad this morning (probably not wrong). I can't cook outside of breakfast so I'm probably looking at hotdogs this afternoon. I did get some slow-cooked ribs last night so I can't complain.

London broil pot roast in the oven for 7 hours with potatoes and carrots. Side salad and broccoli.

Little cooler up hear in the northeast today so a roast simmering in the over all day is perfect!
