Well, since the Bears Chiefs game is blocking me from seeing it at home, I'll be going to a sports bar across the street from me. I'll probably be having a plate of BBQ chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, and grape Powerade at about halftime. Plus, I get free popcorn throughout the game and free refills.

Mexican frito pie

I layer about two inches of fritos in a casserole dish then cook up some hamburger meat in a taco seasoning packet with extra cumin. I then mix in two cans of cheddar cheese soup and pour over the fritos. Give it a good mix then layer it with various shredded cheeses and bake until nice and melted. I guess you can put some beans in it if need be but I ain’t got time for that!

I like to wrap it up in a soft tortilla, my version of a crunch wrap
That sounds great! Don't forget the jalapeños.

Had a nice catch of Lane Snapper yesterday, so it's tacos with grilled shrimp and chicken-fried snapper, topped with your choice of black olives, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pico or lime sauce. Or no sauce if you choose. Add a nice flan for later. A typical SW Florida/Latin vibe comfort meal. Got Cowboy, Eagle, Giants, and Patriot fans coming over. Yes, we are a melting pot of NFL fans from the North. But we get along. It's hard to not be happy living in Naples (except for the rising cost of home insurance).
