I'm going to go to my favorite Mexican restaurant before the game.

Cheese enchiladas
Tamale
Crunchy Taco
Beans and rice.
Chips and salsa.
We call that the Tampiqueña plate down here in South Texas. Do you guys call it the same?

It's called the #1 on the lunch menu. I get the Taco al a cart.
There is about 10 different options.

Children Fajita taco in flour tortillas with guacamole and Mexican rice. What's on your plate?
Go Cowboys and Salud!
Caribbean jerk chicken, pineapple infused rice, and rottel dips and chips. Should be an easy week but a lot of adversity with the injuries this week. A good test on the teams mental fortitude this week. Go Cowboys

This has been my post for about 7 or 8 years. Special meaning behind it, but if it means that much to you, have at it.
I started this in honor of my late mother.
Every Sunday she would make an extra special meal. Great memories of me and my 3 older brothers fighting for the leftovers!
Oh snap. Way to go, Coogiguy03, with your "Hey mods, can I have this thread back, waaahhhhhhhhhhhh" post.

I know SOMEBODY whose GameDay menu is Whine and Cheese.

Mexican frito pie

I layer about two inches of fritos in a casserole dish then cook up some hamburger meat in a taco seasoning packet with extra cumin. I then mix in two cans of cheddar cheese soup and pour over the fritos. Give it a good mix then layer it with various shredded cheeses and bake until nice and melted. I guess you can put some beans in it if need be but I ain’t got time for that! I forgot to mention that a can of enchilada sauce is added to the beef mixture.

I like to wrap it up in a soft tortilla, my version of a crunch wrap
Your Mexican Pie sounds like my version of an Australian Blowout (because it's happens from Down Under)

Well, since the Bears Chiefs game is blocking me from seeing it at home, I'll be going to a sports bar across the street from me. I'll probably be having a plate of BBQ chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, and grape Powerade at about halftime. Plus, I get free popcorn throughout the game and free refills.
It's illegal to eat French fries AND mashed potatoes....

and he gets his Five Alarm Chili at the FDNY. ;)
If they had one, I would love to get it.
What is weird here in Texas, with all the talk about Texas Chile. There are not many places you can go get a nice bowl of Chile. You would think more places would have it on the menu.

However, in Florida, at least South Florida, most places I went to back in August had Chile on the menu. Most were mom and pop type places though.

Of course in Ohio, and more specifically in Cincinnati, they have their own places are just serve Chile, or mostly Chile.

Haven't decided but I KNOW IT WON'T BE A RESTAURANT!@ I've seen too many kitchen nighmares to ever want to eat out again LOL.
Probably tuna or chicken salad sandwiches.
