Caribbean jerk chicken, pineapple infused rice, and rottel dips and chips. Should be an easy week but a lot of adversity with the injuries this week. A good test on the teams mental fortitude this week. Go CowboysChildren Fajita taco in flour tortillas with guacamole and Mexican rice. What's on your plate?
Go Cowboys and Salud!

Oh snap. Way to go, Coogiguy03, with your "Hey mods, can I have this thread back, waaahhhhhhhhhhhh" post. This has been my post for about 7 or 8 years. Special meaning behind it, but if it means that much to you, have at it.
I started this in honor of my late mother.
Every Sunday she would make an extra special meal. Great memories of me and my 3 older brothers fighting for the leftovers!
Your Mexican Pie sounds like my version of an Australian Blowout (because it's happens from Down Under)Mexican frito pie
I layer about two inches of fritos in a casserole dish then cook up some hamburger meat in a taco seasoning packet with extra cumin. I then mix in two cans of cheddar cheese soup and pour over the fritos. Give it a good mix then layer it with various shredded cheeses and bake until nice and melted. I guess you can put some beans in it if need be but I ain’t got time for that! I forgot to mention that a can of enchilada sauce is added to the beef mixture.
I like to wrap it up in a soft tortilla, my version of a crunch wrap
It's illegal to eat French fries AND mashed potatoes....Well, since the Bears Chiefs game is blocking me from seeing it at home, I'll be going to a sports bar across the street from me. I'll probably be having a plate of BBQ chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, and grape Powerade at about halftime. Plus, I get free popcorn throughout the game and free refills.
Good prices! It's called the #1 on the lunch menu. I get the Taco al a cart.
There is about 10 different options.
Says who? Or, I may also do what I usually do and have BBQ Chicken, fries, Mac n cheese, and Powerade. It's illegal to eat French fries AND mashed potatoes....
That meal here is steak, refried beans, rice, and a salad. The restaurant we go to calls ours "Vampire Tampiqueno" because we order it rare. lol!!We call that the Tampiqueña plate down here in South Texas. Do you guys call it the same?

Get an Italian Stallion sub. One actually stacked with meat, better than the fake ones from Subway commercials.
