Gameday Menu

Took some homemade gravy (yes gravy:p) and meatballs that I froze last time I made a pot out of the freezer last night and bought some fresh made ravioli and will make some garlic bread with fresh mozzarella and a tomato and garlic bruschetta mix to put on top. Pre-game meal, NY style...
OMG enjoy it’s been a long time since I’ve heard tomato sauce be called gravy. I grew up with that calling it gravy.

Pork tenderloin in the crock pot. The plan is BBQ pork sandwiches and maybe chips or a baked potato (which can become a bbq pork potato as well). I could do bbq pork nachos as well. Pork...it's what's for GameDay. I've got to do some cornbread muffins as well.

Had a great weekend with my wife, daughter, son in law and dog, in Los Balcones CC, North Austin......so good, that I didn't even care that the Longhorns got beat up by Georgia. Today, back to reality....gotta cut a couple of trees down, visit my dad and get ready for the game. Keeping it simple...turkey, pepperoni, cheese and avocado roll ups with celery sticks and spicy pork rinds. Low carbing it!!! Win or lose, I don't care...Jerry won't ruin this weekend. Salud!
Go Cowboys....what's on your plate.
Bread and water, until we turn this thing around.

At my age, I can't be eating a lot at 2100 hours. So this week's game menu I can't really participate in. Just a snack. Pretzels maybe or maybe my new favorite snack--- goldfish crackers but they MUST be the "Xtra Cheddar flavor blasted". Try 'em if you havent.
