Back to back fade routes to Roy and Martellus from the six yard line against the Giants. = NO TOUCHDOWN

Back to back slant pass to Sam Hurd against Denver = NO TOUCHDOWN

Back to back to back runs by MBIII against the Chargers = NO TOUCHDOWN

Garret insists on proving that his failed play selection is correct and over and over it is proved WRONG!!! How can one person be so obstinate and so incredibly off?

That's how Princeton grads are. They believe they are the smartest in the group even if they are surrounded by Harvard alums.

Mooch said something tonight that I agree with...his play-calling has been fine for the most part, however, his play-calling problem is SITUATIONAL PLAY-CALLING.

He put it well.....and I completely agree, which is what I alluded to when I make a point about a play here and a play there can kill you. We can't afford to have a person calling the plays that is deficient in certain situations.

Thats really the biggest issue with him. For the most part he does a really good job but then he'll get into some situations where his play calling just becomes terrible.

That's a good way to put it. However, it wasn't all on Garrett. Some of it was execution. OTOH, it was way too predictable. In the end it's Garrett's ball of wax.

you aren't "arrogant" if you have incredibly highly paid RBs and OL who you trust to get a ****ing half yard. All ya'll call for smashmouth football and when we can't pull it off, you blame Red.

You are right about getting a yard. But on the fourth down play they pulled the guards. Are you kidding, me?? Smash mouth at the goal line is straight ahead blocking not fancy pulling.

We had one play against the Giants near the goal line where Romo faked to Barber, then faked the pitch to Austin, stood straight up and passed the ball to a wide open Williams. The play was beautifully designed and run to perfection. That was the type of plays I was expecting from Garret with all the "weapons" available to him. Unfortunately, it really is the only unique play I have seen all year. Otherwise, it has been Plain Vanilla.

I agree with this. With our O-line and Marion Barber, that should have been a TD. No excuses in my opinion.

If on 4th down we decided to throw a fade route or something, plenty of you would have been saying we should have just let Barber run again.

I agree. It was 1 yard you expect your line and back to pick up 1 yard in that situation. Had we thrown garrett is accused of out smarting himself, there was nothing wrong with trying to run the ball in, it comes down to the guys up front getting 1 yard push. They failed.

that's what a lot of people on here have been saying.

Ex: It's not the amount of times he runs the ball, it's when he runs the ball
