Nothing he said in his response has given any indication of this ridiculous comment.
..." have no advice to give it has just been fun working for him and trying to understand how we want to build this team together and I have enjoyed every minute of it."

Indicator: Garrett is there to implement the offense, not build the team together.

Maybe that's a shot at how things were done here. They weren't all on the same page during his reign.
