Having "drop foot" does not mean that you have NO ability to lift your foot. It can mean that, but it doesn't have to mean that. I don't think they actually said that he had NO ability to lift him foot. My niece suffered a brain injury when she was 17, along with multiple other injuries, and suffers from drop foot. She has regained about 30% of the movement over the the first couple of years. It's still gradually healing after 10 years. She still has drop foot, but not nearly the severity she had initially.And once again you're speaking as if you have intimate knowledge of his medical status.
Multiple insiders have both said he has no ability to lift his foot (drop foot).
I have NO idea what level of drop foot Jaylon has, but it certainly doesn't sound as if it is 100%.
