Clear reason why u don’t cut players like Crawford who provide depth bc you feel they are paid too much

Sorry, it still doesn't come close to justifying $9.1 million of cap space. Try again.

Nope you can try again, because it’s situations like this why you need depth and let me ask what did his salary prevent us from Doing this off season? Stops us from having what flexibility next offseason ? That’s right no it didn’t and doesn’t. Take your little hissy fit and pipe it.

Not to mention MM and the defensive coaches seem to think and acknowledge what he brings to the team, particularly opening it up for others on the dline.

Hurts our depth but he's not an impact player anymore. Borderline starter.

I'm not the fool trying to justify $9.1 million for a backup! Take your own advice!

"
Depth" doesn't cost more than the newly-signed starters - combined. When you don't know, don't talk.

That doesn't make it so, and sure doesn't make him worth that money.

I do know and you know who knows more than the guy on a football forum with 63,000 messages? The coaches who seem to agree with me.

Crawford is still on the team because he can be a quality starter if need be and because what he provides in terms of depth in a season like this. Had they listened to people who think they know like you (who actually don’t) he would have been cut and our situation today would be much more bleak.

btw nice job avoiding my question, so I’ll ask again- what moves did Crawford’s salary prevent us from this Offseason? ( widely regarded as our best in a long time) and what does it limit us from next offseason? Please enlighten us with your false bravado and knowledge oh mighty one.....,

I think Poe is more important personally only because Gallimore has promise and worst comes to worse we’ll trot average Crawford out there.

Woods however I think is below avg and I’m tired of watching us get gashed in the run. We still have great pass rush options

It hurts to lose Gerald McCoy, figure we start Crawford in his spot, where our two young prospects compete to play behind him in the rotation.

Yea I saw that and Poe coming off a quad surgery too. It was too good to be true, just invest in DTs next year. Are they even playing this year, I mean what is the point of practicing right now?

I assume you have a video of Jerry injuring McCoy? Otherwise, there’s stupid, and there’s this. No other excuse.

A curse is a litlle different than Jerry doing a Tonya Harding, besides it was a joke.

Reading and understanding what you read is fundamental.

Then people wonder why Dallas keeps Crawford year after year. They will plug him in there at 3tech once poe gets back and they wont miss a beat.
Agreed. McCoy hopefully is still at practices and on sideline to help teach the young guys like hill gallimore a few things about the position.
