That poster on the Jax sight was just making that stuff up. That is not even close to being true. Jordan was amazing, but there were several NBA players with higher verticals. For sure Dave Bing had a 52". What about the 5'7 guy who could dunk 3 balls? I forget his name, but he was around 48 or so. Darrel Griffith had 48+. David Thompson has at least a 48. I always heard MJ had a 45...similar but maybe an inch lower than Dominick Wilkins. I know it's splitting hairs, but irritates me when people just throw out bs like that. Jordan has amazing hops to go with his skills but I would guess he is not even top 8 all time in the NBA---and that excludes other sports.

Bottom line is that our new guy has so explosive skills.

I remember a news show once that compared Jordan to other players. I believe it showed that many basketball players had better vj than Jordan including Kenny Walker. But that Jordan could stay in the air longer.

I really like the move, we need to get more athletic in that department. I also hope we go safety in the 3rd or 4th too - I want as much pressure to be put on Hamlin as possible. He was one of many that mailed it in last season.

I sure hope this kid pans out for us. He does seem promising. It would be nice to get some stability at both safety position for a change, assuming Hamlin return to 2007 form.

From what those posts say this guy is a steal and I've deemed him the annual player we wish we never signed. Looks like I could be wrong if Sensy can perform to what these Jax fans are saying without getting into unlawful misconducts off the field.

Thanks. I feel a lot better about this now.

Good to see players turn down better deals to play for the Cowboys.

Even if his only motivation is to go into FA again, that's good to. I like players with confidence. I really like players with financial motivation.
