Looks a little better than the last one, which isn't saying a lot. And one scene looks like a pretty big rip off of "The Flight of the Osiris" from Animatrix.

Seems like a completely different movie from the 1st one, which can only be a good thing.

Looks like it will be a lot of fun. I enjoyed the first one way more than the dumb Bayformers movies that came out at the same time.
