Giants at Packers Game Thread

Our long 15 play drives help us against the high scoring teams. And our defense doesn't really give up the big red zone plays all that easily. That GB Dallas game would be a great one.

It's all about limiting Rodgers opportunities as much as possible. David Irving had a strip sack of Rodgers earlier this season. If this score holds up and we face the Packers he could be one of the difference makers next Sunday. He's been coming on the past couple of weeks.

That's a game changer.. Michael running the ball for the packers.

They might consider moving him off the roster.

Garrett is one of the smartest coaches out there when it comes to 4th down. If he has a good team and trusts them, he'll go for it. If he has a poor team that is struggling, he's not going to gamble on 4th down to bail him out when the odds are against him and put a "bad" team in an even worse position.

I haven't always been red balls biggest fan, but I'll give him his due here.

That's how I see it, too. I think that 2014 season was an eye opener for people, because he made several of those aggressive calls at the right times, and everybody thought he was learning how to be aggressive. It stopped last season, for all the obvious reasons, and then picked back up again this year. He's not necessarily afraid to do it. He's just not going to do it if he doesn't trust the team.

This is a great game, btw.

Wouldn't mind seeing Rodgers getting bashed around a little bit.

He throws the winning TD pass in the 3rd overtime then gets crushed after he releases it and is helped off the field. Book it. ;)
