No. They let Reese go Cap crazy and get them into all kinds of trouble while he attempted to save his own skin. I said the same thing then. Ownership had to sign off on all of those big money deals, and now they're stuck for a few years at least.

I understand where Reese was coming from. He wanted to make one last push for another Super Bowl for Eli.

His mistake was spending all the money on defense while ignoring the running game and o-line. It ultimately cost him his job.

This is a public relations move though. Mara like Jerry was behind most of the hirings and how they assembled the team.

They had protests and other nonsense setup for this week’s game vs Dallas. By firing everyone Mara saves face even though he was behind most of the moves to hire these people and the players they drafted and signed.
