And their OL is a mess. Their RT position is in serious trouble, and Flowers (rookie) is the starting LT since Beatty was injured in preason. Their starting RG will miss all of pre-season. Flowers, Pugh, and their center have all missed time with injuries as well, so there is no cohesion to make up for the inexperience and lack of talent.

Combine that with the trouble they have with the secondary, specifically the safety position now, and it's looking more and more like Game 1 could be a blowout. I know historically you can't predict NFC East games, but they look like a bad football team this year. They'll put together some good games toward the later half of the season, but I just can't see them being sharp enough the first few weeks to be competitive They've got a lot of problems.

If their starting receivers are healthy and ready they might be the best due in the league. I never underestimate Eli's ability to hang 30 points on us.

At this point last year Dallas was coming off the worst defensive year in team history, only to lose Ware and Hatcher in free agency followed by Lee in the offseason. In the first preseason game we were curb stomped by San Diego. I wouldn't read into these games and everything up to this point until the games really start.

Week One just got a tad easier. Maybe.

Giants first round pick and former Alabama safety Landon Collins hurt his knee in New York's preseason game. Just saw the report on NFL Network.

A bad secondary may have just gotten worse, to go along with a weak pass rush missing JPP.

Karma, Mr. Mara.

Don't be a jerk and revel in other team's injuries. Classless

Meanwhile, Seattle is having serious pass protection issues tonight.

I heard a reporter on ESPN radio from Seattle rip their offensive line and says it's really going to catch up with them this year.

Not to mention that we might actually have a better set of running backs than they do.

Karma, Mr. Mara.

That ain't karma for that warthog.

His house burning to the ground as jerry throws a pool party for the entire fire department and Goodell is the guest pinata.

Now THAT'S karma........should I have left that in my head?

X-ray?

I thought you needed a MRI for knee injuries?

You do X-rays first to rule out fractures, dislocations. Then you do the MRI to rule out soft tissue damage and bone bruises/other defects.

Think it was Brock and Salk where they were talking about it. The concern level is high. Fans aren't worried, but I think the team is. I was also surprised they didn't go OL in the draft, but they had no first rounder, really wanted Clarke and Lockett, and after that, they didn't feel there was much left.

X-rays only rule out fractures, not tears to ACl or meniscus.

You are mostly correct. However, X-rays can show ancillary signs of an ACL tear, and less likely so in a meniscal tear, so X-rays are not completely useless when it comes to the process of diagnosing both. But yes, CT and MRIs are better fit for these types of injuries.
