Honestly, I'm not sure a GM job is enough to get him to leave the Cowboys. He has the best non-official GM job now. The ONLY reason it's not official coz Jerry's still alive......lol. Seriously, who do you think Stephen and family are turning to if Jerry suddenly kicks the bucket.

Absolutely zero chance he leaves. He was a hot GM commodity a few years back and Jerry paid him GM money to stay.

He’s best friends with Stephen and knows the GM position is his as soon as Stephen takes over.
