Giants vs 49ers - who to root for?

The Giants. We need to get that number 1 spot.

Whenever I watch a game that doesn’t include my team, I always pick a team to root for. Usually it’s the underdog. I’m having a hard time deciding who I should root for in this game. I can’t stand either team, so I’m trying to determine what outcome would benefit the Cowboys most. I think either the Cowboys or Eagles will win the division, but either way I think the Cowboys end up with a better record than the Giants. So for me, I think it comes down to playoff seeding, and any loss for the 49ers could result in one or more home games for the Cowboys. So for that reason I’ve gotta go with the Giants.

Doesn't really matter. The 49ers are going to smoke them.

With that being said, I'm still rooting for the Giants. Cowboys have a better chance at getting the one seed if the niners gets some Ls

With Saquon Barkley out at least three weeks the Giants are in trouble. It’s all going to fall on the shoulders of Daniel Jones.

I genetically hate the Giants more than any other team.

The Shockey, Kerry Collins, Jason Sehorn, and Barber years with that Gap Toofed dork Strahan and his bogus record sack that Favre handed him as a goof just permanently etched that in.

So if every team were equally talented...I'd always hate them worst. But it's hard to hate them AS much when they're pathetic.... I wo t root for them to win, will just root for SF to lose

I root for neither. I think a SF loss will have a greater impact on conference seeding but a NY loss will help the Boys win the division.

I will 100% root for the GMen. I just don’t think it ends well…
