Their constant whining, complaining, and bickering is certainly a reflection of their leadership. Look no further than Shockey and Burress

I'm not saying it's all Coughlin's fault but he isn't a good example for those players when he is losing his cool every 10 seconds.
I hope they keep Kevin Gilbride as thier qb coach next year too. He is doing a great job with Eli...especially if you are a Cowboys fan.
Coughlin's teams have a history of imploding...this Giant team is just the latest example.

the Giants are full of punks, Plax being his punkness, his right-hand man Jeremy Shockey, then Tiki is a whiny biznach, Eli is lost, only Strahan qualifies as a leader, but even then, he's a bully, this team is lacking in character, that may be Coughlin's fault for picking most of them, although he inherited TIki and Strahan, but it's not a reflection on him IMO
