Supposedly Lance wanted out when they made him 3rd string. Lance’s problem is he needs reps and he is always injured. Bad problem to have.

I want to give him a chance but it concerns me that he couldn't take that job with all those weapons with the 9ers. How he didn't make it there or at least make the back up spot.

He’s not the answer. If Shanahan couldn’t make it work, he won’t work under McCarthy. With that said, I’d see what he’s got.
