The loss doesn't bother me.

The interception wasn't great, but it doesn't bother me long-term.

The 6.2 y/a and the complete lack of trust in the quarterback from the coaching staff makes me wonder what the heck we're trying to do.
Only a complete moron would think the coach doesnt trust the qb.

1. Arizona is the worst team. Only other debatable ones are the Bears, Panthers, and the Broncos
2. We were due after 3 weeks? Losing week 3 is pretty pathetic. And I get that. After so much hype, I expect us to lose. Just not to the CFL cardinals. The 49ers and Dolphins maybe. But the Cardinals is pathetic.
3. Yeah no. Good teams dont use injuries as an excuse. Packers won today whilst injured. Ravens also won while injured. Injuries aren’t an excuse and you’re a poorly ran team if you can’t overcome them.
Actually ravens lost today got beat by the colts

Continue on with your rant though

Yeah and the Colts are actually a good team that might win their division. Plus their game was close.
We lost to a team that’s going to lollygag for the rest of the season and likely be in the top 3 draft picks. And the game was never close.

This was how I generally expected the Cowboys to get a loss.

I'm not too mad about it. Disappointed, a bit disgusted, not mad.

When I'm mad I generally do dumb stuff and spend too much money on something. Last year it resulted in me getting a MSI RTX 4090 for my computer. This year I'm sure it'll be a Pimaxx Crystal. So I'm win win in these situations.

That’s football it happens and I’m not certain that the colts won’t be picking in the top 10 themselves

The Cowboys did not play well at all today. Too many penalties. Too many lost assignments on defense. Poor execution. Poor OL play.

But this is just one game. Yeah we sucked. But those of you who are perpetually ready to jump off the bridge (figuratively of course) just go ahead and jump. Lol

We played out of our minds the first two weeks. Everything went right. This week everything went wrong, and absent some piss poor officiating we probably win this game too.

The overreaction here is excessive.

It's like every thread man. This place is an embarrassment. It's a long season and we clearly looked past the Cards. This team hasn't learned how to deal with success. Frankly we are better chasing than leading.

I understand the disappointment, but it is what it is. We aren't ready yet. Maybe we will be come January, or maybe we will disappoint once again. Either way I wouldn't put a huge amount of stock in today.

There's a lot to clean up but most of it will be corrected imo.

I’m not someone who is ready to perpetually jump off a bridge and all our goals are still in front of us but I disagree that this is just “everything went wrong”. That insinuates it was just bad luck. No, the team look unprepared and made mistakes all day long.

Losses like these are why week in and week out this team has to continue to earn the fans trust and also substantiates why outsiders shouldn’t take us seriously until we prove it.
Well said.

Another notable omission: the guy eating up 25% of the cap.
This is a paradox in my mind. I am thinking that the Defense was so horrid today, that really NONE OF US could believe it but at the same time, Dak had a chance and he blew it. I keep thinking of him as a 5th round low-paid rookie, but he's not anymore. He makes a lot of $$ and should be throwing a TD instead of an into triple traffic INT. It's annoying. Gotta face reality at some point.

I don't hate the guy like many cockroaches here, but it is what it is at some point.

The defense played better than the Giants D against this same team. And the Commanders. Sometimes the guy who eats up 25% of the cap has to play winning smart football. Dak just craps the bed and plays in slow motion when you need him most. the tight window throws and lack of ball placement make him limited and his inability to see the field cleanly on a consistent basis makes him unreliable.

Like you, I don't hate Dak, but...the standard is the standard. Like him or not.

Can't really argue but also not sure the powers at be can find anyone better. Lucked into the last couple that made us competitive as you know. I'd rather not go 1-16 to try to find someone for 20 years. I'm getting old. LOL

The powers that be get wrapped up in narratives. The 49ers did not and got Brock Purdy. The Eagles did not and went to Jaylon Hurts after paying Carson Wentz in the offseason. The Chiefs did not and got Mahomes even though they had a solid Alex Smith. I could go on...but fortune favors the bold. Build a solid roster and when the right QB shows up, you will win. Dak needs to be carried...he can't carry a team.

Chiefs lost to the lowly Colts last year.

Bucs got SHUT OUT by the Saints when they won.

But....this argument can't be won....because no matter what example I produce, you will say the 2023 Cardinals are worse. You're one of the silly fans...that probably had us going undefeated this morning...after 2 games...and now have declared the Cardinals the worst team in who knows how long, also after 2 games. The Cardinals easily could be 2-1 right now. How do you know how good or bad they are. IT'S THE 3RD GAME OF THE FREAKING SEASON!!!! we are still finding out what teams are right now...and will be, for another 3, 4 or 5 games.
You can’t reason with people like this. The board is going to be feral for the next 7 days.

Hooker is becoming the weak link on defense. But I think the coaches over coached due too the Diggs injury and left the run defense exposed and AZ took advantage. Plain and simple. They got away from what the dominated with. Yes Diggs is a big loss but this isn't even 2022, they didn't need to switch up their identity. The passrush makes the secondary better not the other way around.

Offense was sloppy but what do you expect with 4 new starters in today's game.

Chalk this up as a game that just too much stuff went on during the week. On to the next one. Those of you on the ledge do us all a favor and jump off, and don't come back lol.

OK, go ahead and destroy your TV. Force others to roll their eyes and avoid you because you’re always mad/unhappy. Lose sleep, develop anxiety, lose interest in hobbies, cultivate a fragile ego—all because the team lost a game. If you don’t freak out, it means you’re casual, and you don’t care.✊
Thanks for your understanding!

It is not excessive. And I will explain why. Mike Mc. He does not trust Dak to throw the ball. We have plenty of time to win this game and he refused to call anything but running plays, burning the clock, destroying our ability to come from behind. He does not trust Dak. Dak cannot be trusted to not do stupid things at critical times. And then he did the stupid thing on the single pass play. This will be the year all on here will come to their senses and realize Dak is not the answer to winning a championship. He is a journeyman and not an elite and not even a game manager. He will make it clear to all this year that you have been bamboozled. We will not win the NFC east and I can even see the Gmen coming back or even Washington stealing the potential second wild card spot if there is one. Dak will make it clear to one and all this year how incapable he is of guiding this team anywhere. The unfortunate thing is we land in the middle rounds of the draft again and we get another draft bust to book end with Mazi Smith.

How did we ever manage back to back 12-5’s? If MM isn’t the answer, Dak is not even a manager, and our drafts are just busts, how do we compete? If we’re guaranteed to fail, WHY bother?
