How did we ever manage back to back 12-5’s? If MM isn’t the answer, Dak is not even a manager, and our drafts are just busts, how do we compete? If we’re guaranteed to fail, WHY bother?
You got it. My only concern is another hall of fame player (Parsons) will never see a Super Bowl short of a trade or free agent acquisition. Just like Demarcus Ware. But this is where hall of fame players go to die unfortunately. These records only serve to get us middle round draft busts. I would rather go a few years losing bad to garner some top elite QB which Dak is not.

The Cowboys did not play well at all today. Too many penalties. Too many lost assignments on defense. Poor execution. Poor OL play.

But this is just one game. Yeah we sucked. But those of you who are perpetually ready to jump off the bridge (figuratively of course) just go ahead and jump. Lol

We played out of our minds the first two weeks. Everything went right. This week everything went wrong, and absent some piss poor officiating we probably win this game too.

The overreaction here is excessive.
The OL play wasn’t bad. They run blocked quite well, actually. Given the circumstance, they stepped in and did their job. They don’ didn’t lose this game for us.

Been here and done this before. Nothing like gettin exposed week 3 by a team that’s potentially the top overall pick in next years draft

1. Arizona is the worst team. Only other debatable ones are the Bears, Panthers, and the Broncos
2. We were due after 3 weeks? Losing week 3 is pretty pathetic. And I get that. After so much hype, I expect us to lose. Just not to the CFL cardinals. The 49ers and Dolphins maybe. But the Cardinals is pathetic.
3. Yeah no. Good teams dont use injuries as an excuse. Packers won today whilst injured. Ravens also won while injured. Injuries aren’t an excuse and you’re a poorly ran team if you can’t
Chiefs lost to the lowly Colts last year.

Bucs got SHUT OUT by the Saints when they won.

But....this argument can't be won....because no matter what example I produce, you will say the 2023 Cardinals are worse. You're one of the silly fans...that probably had us going undefeated this morning...after 2 games...and now have declared the Cardinals the worst team in who knows how long, also after 2 games. The Cardinals easily could be 2-1 right now. How do you know how good or bad they are. IT'S THE 3RD GAME OF THE FREAKING SEASON!!!! we are still finding out what teams are right now...and will be, for another 3, 4 or 5 games.
It’s how we lose games that gets me.Too many stupid penalties and not producing tds in the red zone. The good teams like 49ers you have to beat them they won’t beat themselves.

The Cowboys should move on from this game tonight. It was a freak game where so much went wrong. It started with the late injuries to the offensive line. The defense got gashed for 182 yards on the ground in the first half, but gave up only 40 in the 2nd. The lack of a PI call in the end zone, the wide open receiver no one bothered to cover when they needed a defensive stop, the penalties, the stupid decision to not take the FG despite the banged up offensive line, the play calling late in the game when time was a factor, and of course the INT Dak threw to basically end any chance of the Cowboys making a comeback. All around it was an awful performance. But like week one when Dallas whooped the Giants I said they were not that good, this week I will say they are not as bad as they played today.

I hope they are angry and focused because this could be a lesson to them all. you are only as good as your last game so put away all the Super Bowl talk and just win one game at a time.

The Cowboys are the Colorado Buffaloes of the NFL.

The truth here is this forum has a lot of posters who are trolls, grumpy old men who can’t get over that it’s not 1978 anymore, or otherwise lack even a single bit of resilience. Screw ‘em.

Anyone that has managed to be a Dallas Cowboys fan since 1978 is the definition of “resilience“, Screw you.

Man, the more I think about 9ers vs Diggs, the more I don't like it.

I’m not someone who is ready to perpetually jump off a bridge and all our goals are still in front of us but I disagree that this is just “everything went wrong”. That insinuates it was just bad luck. No, the team look unprepared and made mistakes all day long.

Losses like these are why week in and week out this team has to continue to earn the fans trust and also substantiates why outsiders shouldn’t take us seriously until we prove it.
Actually, we got outcoached....

Guess you have every year since 1995 to back you up..
Yeah. You should really dive in to how low on the list we are as a franchise to have a drought in winning the Superbowl. It's not as bad as you think.

It's like every thread man. This place is an embarrassment. It's a long season and we clearly looked past the Cards. This team hasn't learned how to deal with success. Frankly we are better chasing than leading.

I understand the disappointment, but it is what it is. We aren't ready yet. Maybe we will be come January, or maybe we will disappoint once again. Either way I wouldn't put a huge amount of stock in today.

There's a lot to clean up but most of it will be corrected imo.
It really is quite tough season without Diggs. He just put us over the top.

Now, no number 1 defense..

Bless your heart. Then you’ve got to see 3 Super Bowl wins in that time period. Poor you. So put upon!
