Anyone comparing Goff's arm to Pennington has no idea what they are talking about. It's that kind of stuff that will make nobody take you seriously.
^this.

I've seen Pennington throw 50 to hit moss in stride. Don't really care if anyone takes me seriously I call it as I see it and Pennington isn't the worst to be compared to.
Noticed you haven't stuck your neck out with a comparison so we can decide if you know what you are talking about.
Obviously. If you want a Pennington arm look at Kessler, not Goff.
Pennington never had a cannon, but people forget how good he looked early on with the Jets, before the injuries to his shoulder.
Waiting on your comparison still
M. Ryan is the best comp, Brees, even Romo. Not Pennington. Not B. Johnson. Not K. Moore. Not C. Mccoy or whatever noodle armed QB you want to compare him to. He's not A. Rodgers or Cam Newton, but he sure as hell isn't Pennington before or after the shoulder injuries.
Wow lots of names there can't really commit huh? Giving yourself a cushion I see
noodle arm and frail body. lol at the thought of comparing his arm to Eli

I watched him with great detail this weekend and, to me, he "doesn't drive the ball" well.
I don't know if it is an overall "arm strength" issue, because he seemed to throw the ball down field without much issue or prolongated windup.
He seemed to throw with exceptional anticipation, throwing to spots and not to guys. In a combine setting, without familiarity with your receivers, I found that impressive.
All and all, I think he is a good QB prospect and has a ceiling of a tier two (Matt Ryan, Eli Manning, Russel Wilson) Quarterback. He is worth consideration at the number 4 pick if Ramsey and Bosa are gone.
GREAT post. This sums it up perfectly. He has all the arm he needs, but need to work on driving the ball a little more. Some of that could also be the timing system he has played in didn't warrant making those sorts of throws.
We all know OP has a love affair with Wentz and can't get over his own ridiculous Goff - Bradford comparison. Was another thread really necessary?
That is what a fair Goff summary looks like.
Love your contributions, no original thoughts, just parrot or belittle the people that do.
Bet you're middle management

You don't know jack about me. I've been talking about Goff long before you even thought about dropping in on the draftzone throwing around **** comparisons. Don't believe it, thats on you. Feel free to go back months and check before you come in here half cocked getting butt hurt because you don't know what you're talking about. I'm not about to rehash everything I've said over and over because you're butt hurt.
Half cocked with **** comparisons huh, better than the generalized noncommittal garbage you spout. No need to go back through I've seen your posts everyday. It's funny you think I'm butt hurt, So much so you said it twice. I think my middle management comment struck a cord as the long response and cursing indicates.
You replied to me, you called me out and I asked you to put up or shut up. You could have wowed us with your insight and put me in my place, you didn't because you can't. The time to put up has passed, now it's time for you to hush child, men are talking.
Like I said, you know exactly Jack about me. Self employed. Have been for years. It's your idiocy that irked me. And since you see my posts everyday, you should have seen I've given comps, detailed my opinion and talked extensively about Goff and others for months. Well before the season even ended. So why exactly would I need to go over it AGAIN with someone who isn't posting anything of substance and pops in with a weak comparison, who also has read all my posts and should already know?
Oh and you probably overlooked this fact, but you quoted me. You're right about one thing, it's time for real adults to talk so take the nonsense somewhere else. I'm done wasting time on you.
