Over Ramsey (who doesn't make plays) or Bosa.
Ramsey had measurables stronger than Jones and Claiborne.

I've seen Pennington throw 50 to hit moss in stride. Don't really care if anyone takes me seriously I call it as I see it and Pennington isn't the worst to be compared to.
Noticed you haven't stuck your neck out with a comparison so we can decide if you know what you are talking about.

Apparently Goff's arm is a little better than you thought.
Claiborne definitely, but Jones not so much.

Not sure if Jones ran at the combine or not, because they don't have it listed, but Jones ran a 4.36, could have been his pro day though.
Overall, Ramsey scored higher in the accumulative scores.
Good post.
It's weird that they gave Ramsey a higher agility score, but if you look at each measurement, Jones scored higher.
Bench Press: Jones 18 Ramsey 14
Vertical Jump: Jones 44.5 Ramsey 41.5
Broad Jump: Jones 147 Ramsey 135
3 Cone Drill: Jones 6.78 Ramsey 6.94
20 yard shuttle: Jones 3.94 Ramsey 4.18
60 yard shuttle: Jones 10.98 Ramsey 11.10
Maybe because Jones did not run at the combine it knocked his score down, not sure how they calculate "agility score," but Jones actually was better in every category.
The comparison groups were a year apart...until one goes by the accumulative score with depth of years. Ramsey scores higher there.
not sure if I follow, Jones ran faster and jumped higher/further in every drill on the same surface. yes they did it a year apart, but jumping 135 inches in 2016 isn't better than jumping 147 inches in 2015.

Simple solution, email the site for an explanation. They generally oblige when concepts of their own making are involved.
Aren't you the guy who was on the cover of we are Marshall ?
I think when people make a Pennington compariosn, observers default to the post shoulder problem Pennington and forget that he had a quality arm coming out
