Lol, I know the guy is not to blame for this teams lack of production. But to say he didn't help is wrong as well. Where's all the real fans? Tired of these wagoners.
I would say his problem is being on this board for years and watching it slowly getting overrun by idiocy, but I am not Ice he can speak for himselfLonestar94;4404415 said:What the heck is your problem?

According to Stats Inc, Romo had a 131.25 rating on deep balls, and Elias had Romo at 135.4

Mediocre? He averages out yearly to be around the 5th best QB in the league in total fantasy points...Fat Toad;4404427 said:He's actually a very mediocre fantasy QB. Fantasy QB is all about rushing yards and gaudy totals - Romo is all about efficiency.

yes he is, pointing out idiocy is the only way to fix it unless they give a couple of us ban buttons lolRoyTheHammer;4404436 said:He's certainly not part of the solution, lol.

He trusts his arm. I don't think he trusts his receivers to be where they're supposed to be.noshame;4404456 said:Here's what I'm talking about, a cross section of the average guys and the greats.
How many times did you see Romo drop back, wait 2 seconds, pull it down and start scrambling. He has to trust his arm enough to make those throws.
Passes 11-30 yds:
Romo 75 - 141
Stafford 87-174
Ryan 86 - 176
Rodgers 93 - 166
Brady 98 -180
Brees 120 - 197

You have to factor in that Romo usually is on the run because of the oline. Under the conditions that Romo is usually throwing under, he either doesn't have time for receivers to get deep or he's running and it's not smart to bomb it then.RoyTheHammer;4404459 said:I really don't think its his arm strength.. he has a pretty good arm. I don't think he has very good touch on the ball to have confidence to fit it in to tight spaces downfield or to hit a guy who is fairly open in stride the majority of the time. It seems he doesn't quite have the ability to hang it up there downfield and let his guy run under it or go get it everytime, so he just doesn't do it often. Part of it is the protection breaking down too often, as well.

Sorry, my bad. I had to skim over it real quick. :laugh2:RoyTheHammer;4404462 said:I gave mention to that fact in the post you quoted.
How long do you give your Master to win? I know if it were up to you, he'd be playing at 50.SDCowboy85;4404463 said:Sorry, my bad. I had to skim over it real quick. :laugh2:

Problem, he can't seem to win when it counts in that sport either. He has this problem with everything he does, couldn't win the big one with Jessica Simpson.ufcrules1;4404395 said:Yeah, he is a GREAT golfer.
