I am actually wondering a couple of things about the pregame activities on game day, what sort of stuff do they have going on at the stadium on game day and are there player autographs? I am flying in form out of town, been to one other game in Arlington but didnt goto the pregame stuff lol

Look for Brady meeting up with the ball boys in the parking lot before game time.

I plan on drinking enough to mellow me for the game but not too much so I miss it. Going on the Stadium Tour with my son on Friday morning. Looking forward to a male bonding long weekend with my son because that is what it's all about! Any suggestions for good sports bars near the stadium for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights?

Any suggestions on what time to get to the stadium before the game. We are staying close to the stadium so we will be walking in. Is there anything going on before the game? After the game? Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Bumping this. I'm going to be partying downtown so I don't know about the area around the stadium, but, yes, day of - before/after the game are their public tailgates? Do you have to have a ticket to join a tailgate? Anyone?

Go to the Walmart across the street.

My son (he's 31) and I are flying in on Thursday and have tickets for Texas-Oklahoma on Saturday and Cowboys-Patriots on Sunday. I was so excited about both these games but now am kind of bummed because both games look to be pretty bad. No Romo, Dez, etc. and no Longhorn team whatsoever. We would like to do some pre-game tailgating on Sunday. We are staying at the Howard Johnsons approx. 1 mile from the stadium. Any suggestions?

Sell those UT/OU ticks and get u some nice seats for the Rangers game 3 of the ALDS.

Lol @ public tailgates.

lol meaning I don't know anyone in dallas that has the gear and an RV blah blah... not going to just randomly walk up to people. Texas Stadium had the Corral and you could just walk in there. Was wondering whether it was the same at the new stadium.

There's the Miller Light corral outside one of the endzones, but it's basically a bar; no food. I'd invite you to tailgate with us, but I don't know you. Ha!

I'm messing with you. I'm not sure I'm even going. I sold my tickets. My friend has an extra, so I might go. As far as a Cowboys zone tailgate, I imagine that'd be the most boring tailgate, with a bunch of 60 year olds. Lolol

Lol! Well, I'm guessing 60 year olds still party. Ask Jerry.

Not looking forward to the walk to the stadium. Our hotel is about 2 miles away and it looks like it'll be in the low 90s. A bit warmer than I was expecting (hoping).

Question, do you get half off for the tickets since the "stars" aren't playing? ;)
