I was disappointed in the defense tonight and how we kept giving them 3rd and manageable but they won a hard fought game.

I still feel good about the season and this doesn't change anything in my mind if Romo is healthy.


Btw, I'd be upset in a way if I was Dan Snyder. If Washington played that hard on a weekly basis they wouldn't be such a pathetic bunch year in and year out. I hope they give that same effort against Philly but I doubt they will.

I'm just glad that Romo was able to come back. We need him desperately. I'm frustrated with the poor playcalling down the stretch, the lack of defensive pressure, and poor play against the pass. We tend to struggle against QB's like this though. We were due for a let down game. Gotta get healthy and fix some things up. It's business as usual.

Yeah, it's disappointing but everybody should have known it was coming, one bad offensive game and the defense folds. It was a division rival and the Skins have a good defense, we don't.

Umm, yes they did. They made us pay for not getting pressure on the QB. They also confused the crap out of Romo and he couldn't figure it out. Other teams will follow the same game plan.

Yea, its not gloom and doom as much as its the reality that this defense is really bad. When they aren't converting 3rd downs, the defense is exposed. Romo playing hero doesn't help either. Nor does Jerry on the side lines and Garret turning into dave campo and letting him coach the team. Its was like 2001 all over again out there.

Good perspective.

We won 6 in a row. Sometimes making the same mistakes we did tonight. We won a few squeakers and an OT game.

Law of averages dictates you will eventually lose a close game if you play enough of them.

Team loss. Outcoached first of all. Murrays fumble taking away points finally caught up as well. Dez had key drops. Romo didn't manage the blitz well even when healthy. Defense failed to make the big play in the second half or OT.

Good news is we are 6-2. Romo isn't lost. Weedens proved a lot of people wrong he can do the job. We got a lesson on how teams will try to beat us going forward.

Dallas just blew every likely tie breaking scenario with Philly to win the division unless Dallas sweeps. This is a season altering type of loss. How does a wild card trip to the big easy sound to everyone?
