I think some just get unhinged anytime any player gets paid..its really wierd.
They were bashing him before he ever got paid. Go back and review all of the old threads of fans not wanting to pay him. Look at the long list of veteran castoffs they would’ve rather had at a cheaper price. They’re all crying about the Cowboys not being able to reach a Super Bowl but want a castoff who’s bouncing around the league leading the team.

Cmon man. People get them because they think it makes them look cool or interesting or sexy, or tough. Most want other people to ask them all about them or they are trying to prove something. As if what they write on their body is what they stand for. Maybe what they want to stand for.

Dont need to put a picture of my wife or children on my body to make myself believe I love them. Dont need barbed wire on my arm for me to think I am tough. Never needed tattoos to pick up women.

And certainly no one is going to pressure me into defacing my body in order to fit in.
Some of that’s true but mostly it’s personal. It’s ok to disagree.

Yep............rookie of the year, 4th round pick 13 win season and puts up 300 yards and 3 TDs with a QBR of 100 in the playoffs and they werent happy. Dak was getting like 500k at that point.

They were complaining he couldnt put up the stats and was nothing more than a backup type bus driver. :lmao::lmao2::lmao2:

Has any group of people ever been more wrong in the history?

Oh its a cycle. They will get behind whomever the next QB is and will turn into lovers of whomever it is.

Hilarious how most of the Romo lovers turned into Dak haters instantly. Hilarious part is in skill level and play they are near identical with both QB's having similar stats, winning percentages, and same issues with the team around them and Jerry.

That was when the whole "wins/losses" matters more than stats argument came out.

After a whole season of people saying "he cant throw for 300 and multiple TDs"

Its been constant moving of the goal posts.

I personally didn't like that they restructured him because if this team tanks this year we are stuck with him and probably a new HC that didn't get to pick his QB. Again. I would have liked the flexibility of "if" he got hurt. Having a chance at a drake maye/caleb williams. Or a TRUCKLOAD of draft picks.

Ok so make me understand. Why put a memorial on your body? Is that your way of proving to yourself that you really miss him? Why not a picture of you and him in your house together?

I could actually see more the reasoning behind your tattoo. Not that you care what I think.

And you are right I shouldnt categorize everyone. But I bet its like 80% like that.

Navy Seal, USMC, stuff like that I can definitely get it. Being proud of being a part of something. A small tat here or there.

And I do apologize if I offended you for my insensitivity and I appreciate your service.
I have pictures too. Not a military service member. I wont take credit for something I was never a part of. He passed from an overdose. Either way its a reminder to me daily to stay clean.

Cowboys are in a window right now for the next 3 years. Cant rebuild now. What I would like them to do is get rid of the no trade clause so they could trade him if they wanted to.

They could trade him, if they told Dak they wanted to move on he would look at trades...he may not go to some horrible team but he wouldn't stay here if they didnt want him.

True but he would have to approve it. Would want to only go to a contender.

Agreed. I don't remember the previous QB doing this during the months of March and April during his offseasons, especially before the draft. Always playing golf, basketball and soccer or being seen in Los Angeles, Hollywood, Las Vegas or Cabo.
Man….like he did everything BUT football…..

I think it would have to be a good team…..then at that point what sense does to make to trade him for bad picks?
