Goodell "Thinks" The DeflateGate Investigation Is Nearing the End

The lawyer is not a professional investigator.
He sure did a pretty decent job on the Incognito investigation.
That website is not a blog. It's a business website where he offers professional training.
It is a website where the guy wrote a 1-page opinion piece on Tom Brady's press conference. A blog by any other name....
please share with me your professional experience. I have 18 years professional experience in federal law enforcement specifically espionage related crimes. I have run espionage investigstions. I will take the word of a former uniformed secret service agent and deputy US marshall who teaches proven investigative techniques over a paid criminal defense lawyer.
If you want to believe the guy who watched a press conference on TV, more power to you.

Meanwhile, anyone truly open minded about this case will take the word of the guy who (along with his team of investigators) has spent 13 weeks (and counting) looking into the facts of the case, personally interviewed witnesses, personally interviewed the participants, watched hundreds of hours of videotape, examined the evidence, spoke to university physicists, and prepared an estimated 150 page report on the matter.

Oh but wait.... your guy watched a press conference on TV so he knows more than the guy who has been investigating this for 3 months. Like I said, according to your guy's analysis, George Costanza is the most honest man ever. So is Bill Clinton!

Quit building your straw-man, he never said he knows more like you keep claiming. Once again, he said specifically, Brady most likely did not alter the balls, however, he either told someone to or knows who did. Period. He also said when he answered questions about cheating he gave a weak denial which indicates he is lying about cheating. He didn't say he knows more. You are so blinded by your patriots love you can't consider alternate information from credible sources. You act like this is some random internet guy and discount his website as a blog. If you look under the services tab, it takes about the training he offers. If you read his bio, you see that he has 26 years of federal law enforcement experience, he is a professional investigator, not lawyer. He supervised multiple offices of the US Marshall Service. If you do your research into statement analysis you would understand that it is accepted in the law enforcement community. But you won't do that because if you did the research you would have to recognize that its legit, which would hurt your defense of the Patriots. There is plenty of peer reviewed in formation out there on statement analysis, but you won't read that either.

As far as what Wells investigation will uncover, you have absolutely NO idea. You have no idea how long the report will be, you have no idea what was uncovered. You have no idea of what the interviews have said. This is something that should not take 13 weeks and counting. What are they doing besides waiting till after the draft? I have completed much more complex investigations in less time. Interviews should take no more than a month to finish and that's pushing it.

If you were being honest, which you are not, you would understand exactly what he said about Zimmerman. He said he major parts of his story are true. However, he also said that with Zimmerman, there is some sensitivity about him getting out of the car as he changed his words during his statement from car to vehicle. Bill Clinton is a textbook example of someone lying with statement analysis.

Well, while have no problem with anything you have posted one does not need to be an investigator or even an espionage investigator to know that Brady KNOWS he is a liar and a cheater. Ray Charles can see that. The only people who wont admit it are Cheatriot lovers in denial as they play the innocent victim card in a vain attempt to soothe their consciences.

I agree 100%. Rogah is willfully denying the truth even though it is right infront of his face.

You obviously didn't even read the blog article that you brought in here as your source. He didn't even say that.

First of all, he starts his blog with erroneous information. He writes "After the AFC Championship game, it was discovered that 11 of the footballs belonging to the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds." Sorry, not true. Yes, that was reported by Mortensen at ESPN, but that report has since been discredited. So right away we see a factual error.

But let's put that aside. What is this guy's conclusion? He writes "Most likely he did not alter the footballs. However, he may have directed someone to under-inflate them or he knows who under-inflated them." (emphasis mine). So really all he is doing is giving a ridiculously vague statement that something may or may not have happened. He did NOT conclude, as you say, "(Brady) either told someone to or knows who did." He said it may have happened. Gee, thanks for the insight bro!!

Let's see..... 1 guy is doing a 13 week (and counting) investigation where he and his team interviewed participants, interviewed witnesses, contacted physicists, watched hundreds of hours of videotape and will be writing an (estimated) 150 page report on the matter and releasing it to the league and the public. The other guy counted the number of "ums" and "you knows" in a 40 minute press conference, then wrote a 1 page blog.

Yeah, I'm going to go with the 13 week (and counting) investigation and estimated 150 page report.

You don't have the first clue how long the interview should take because you obviously don't have the first clue what is being investigated. We know for a fact that this investigation has moved beyond the Patriots. The league office itself is being investigated (i.e. what they knew and when they knew it). I don't even have to reference various unconfirmed reports like the one Florio had 2 nights ago to prove that point because the commissioner himself admitted it about a month ago.

"I’m not going to get into what we knew and when we knew it because that’s part of what he’s investigating." - Roger Goodell

I've said all along that I will accept the results of the Wells Investigation.

I will not accept the opinions of a guy who counted the number of "ums" and "ahs" Brady gave during his press conference and then wrote a factually challenged 1 page blog where he concluded Brady may or may not have told someone to deflate the balls as "the truth".

Saw this movie on the weekend > http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unbroken_(film)

part of plot description in Unbroken said:
Louie and Phil are separated into different camps. The camp in Tokyo, where Louie is sent, is headed by a Japanese sergeant, Mutsuhiro "Bird" Watanabe, who treats him very cruelly, in part because of Louie's status as a former Olympian. Watanabe is especially tough on Louie (presumably) out of jealousy, beating him often.

You know what my point is - some have made up their minds and will not change it even if the verdict is not what they want to hear. Plenty of 'he said - they said': time for the Wells Report.

Rogah & Bring Back love them some Pats.

We here on a Dallas Cowboys board are made aware of that fact daily!

Yes, you and your clone Rogah have made up minds for sure. And nobody but you two will be buying the Wells Report that will be just exactly what Mr Krafty has told Roger how he wants it to read.

Yup. Uh-huh. Sure. It's all one big conspiracy and eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeverybody's in on it. Even Ted Wells.

Amen. And the vast majority of fans will accept the results of that report. Oh sure, there will always be the occasional angry and bitter holdout who can't handle the truth staring him right in the face, but overwhelmingly we see the NFL fandom anticipating the Wells Report and the answers it provides.

Pretty sad that you're willfully denying the truth that will be contained in the Wells Report when it is right in front of your face. But hey, championships wouldn't be as fun if there weren't angry and bitter people who stew in their own rage afterwards.

None of us here will know anything truthful about any of this other than

No matter you say.
No matter how you spin things.

Two fact remains.
Pats won 3 SB when cheating
Pats were one Carroll/Wilson blunder away from losing 3rd straight after/while cheating.

Their is NO denying. None.

It's actually sad. If caught sooner they would be more likened to the buffalo bills than the bs talk of greatest ever.

Sorry, not true. I know you stew in anger every night, but filming signals was allowed back then. It was only in 2006 that the commissioner sent out the memo emphasizing the rule change. But I am not here to talk about ancient history.

You must know something Ted Wells doesn't.

Why are you so afraid of the Wells Report? Is it because you know deep down that the Patriots didn't do anything wrong and the Wells Report will exonerate them, so you have to get your pre-emptive excuse making in?
