His top 100 isn't his personal ranking so much as it is where he thinks people will go, IIRC. I don't the guy ever claimed to do anything but relay info from scouts.

Actually that part is incorrect, he puts it together based on the info he gets from his sources/scouts etc etc. Year in and year out he is almost always the most accurate on it as well.

That is correct. I got an e-mail from Goose last week and he said his top 100 is out the Friday before the draft and his final mock - "and the only one that matters"- will be out Saturday morning.
