Your wife's dad must be a big wheel because none of the Halliburton employees I know in Dallas get squat when it comes to athletics events.

I'll have tickets, but my wifes dad works for Haliburton... he gets 6 season tickets... and I convinced my boss to spring for a box to the Cowboys this season rather than the Stars... so, when he isn't using the box, he'll put bids out to people at work to use it...

Anyone buying those $200+ tickets from Stubhub or other premium sites? These places practically double the price of a ticket and then charge a $30-$60 "service fee" PER TICKET on top of it.

I'm looking for 3 tickets to the Vikings game and by the time I was eligible to buy from Ticketmaster there were only singles available. I'm not spreading all three of us out in the upper deck.

I'm already commited to going for this game, but after this trip, I think I'll rely on my NFL Sunday Ticket from now on.

He did get a standing ovation from the crowd on the 1st day of camp. I admit I'm excited about what he brings to this team and I don't think he is the pushover that some think he is.

The tickets didn't sell within minutes. They were never available. They only released singles for the Patriots and Packers game and under 2000 for the rest. Season tickets were way up this year so there just wasn't much inventory for individual game sales.

I knew season tickets were selling strong this year but I was suprised that they had few tickets left

Yeah, I was partially kidding. I am anxious to see what he can do for our defense. I just don't see Wade as the primary reason sales are up.

It may sound funny but I think Romo is a big part of why the tickets are up. Fans feel in love with the guy as wittnessed when the banner with his name was hanging from the ring of honor. I think a lot of people think he is the real deal and will help lead this team to the promise land and if fans think they have a winner they will go out and buy tickets.

I live in Wisconsin, but had a co-worker in Dallas buy two tickets to the Green Bay game. These Packer fans are still bitter about the 90s. Tickets were $160/ticket for upper level;-(

This guy I work with has a group of friends that are supposedly in some club that ensures they get the tickets they want. I have no clue if that's true or not, but my buddy called me today and said that I have two tickets to the NE game.

I went to an Oilers/Cowboys game at the Astrodome years ago talk about some fans that hate Dallas and us Dallas fans. Good luck!!!!:laugh2:

wow, if they went that fast this year, next season will be especially difficult to get tickets.
