I'd say right now its a B. Not a sexy draft like last year, of course its easier to be sexy when you have a top half of the round pick and a second pick in the 1st round.
Carpenter is a very good solid pick, and doubt he will ever be appreciated on this board. Too many people were too far on Manny Lawson for them to ever be happy with anyone else. See people still regretting drafting Newman.
Fasano is a little bit of a mystery to me, but I can buy it being the best player on our board and not reaching for a lesser player to fill a minor need. I don't think we have any major holes, other than maybe on the OL.
Hatcher, I have no clue about, and suspect no one on this board has any major idea about. From his size he could well end up being an ideal 3-4 DE, tall and already pretty heavy, could easily end up in the 300-320 area. I don't think you can have enough DL in any system. Even in the 3-4 the LB make the plays, but the DL makes it happen.
