Oh hells bells Dooms, Rod can't possibly have the message board's clarity and insight therefor he doesn't have a clue.

True, heck only 23 years in college and 20 years in the Pros coaching SB teams along the way but he has no message board experience. lol

Good news. I hope chez maybe gets a look at rt this year sometime when he's healthy. free is starting to get beat a bit more that he used to off the edge.

It could happen, I think Green future will be at RT be it this season or next.

I hope so. I would love to not have to invest another pick to find his replacement. I liked what I saw when he filled for tyron.

As did I. I think it is will be an easy transition to RT after all it is on the left where most of the top outside rusher will be coming from. Green held his own out there and I think his chance will be coming at RT spot.

That's what I'm hoping for as well. I'm not going to bash Free, but he's obviously the weakest link in a stellar offensive line. Green played pretty well in place of Tyron and I'd like to see him given a chance this year at RT. To see if we can not only fill the spot for the future, but possibly upgrade this year.

I'd start rotating them, much like they did with Free and Parnell.

Why not have Free back, at least, for depth? He can't be that expensive. Can he?

I agree...NICE backup but at what cost?Plus...he's getting older. He might not want to keep getting beat on. I'd like him as a backup for another year or two.

Green has proven to be a good OT.
However, his problem was and apparently may be still the injuries.

Free probably only has 1 year left on the contract.
Perhaps can be resigned as a backup.
Problem is whether Green will be injured half the time, in which case we still have to invest a decently high pick on RT.

Green injured now but I don't think you run out and draft the position high based on he has an ankle injury this season. Any player can get hurt you can't just expect the team to draft the same position over and over.

Right, but he was injured most of last season too and in college also?
Well we cannot draft now, I think we may be rotating Green with Free, so we shall see his availability for the rest of the season?

Irving is part of the rotation and if he wants more playing time he needs to produce. He is one of the most productive? based on what? .The half sack he had last season? I like him and I think he has some promise and is still only 23 years old and I have no doubt Marinelli will play him more once he shows more.

LOL

Our coaches don't have a clue]..... some board members really amaze me.

See. Irving! What does he have 8 plays this year and one for a tackle for a loss and another he caused a fumble. But yeah, our coaches know everything. Now he will get noticed by our coaches for the fumble.

...........sorry just made another play with a batted pass! to be continued.....

I'm not anti Irvin, I want him like any other player to succeed. He made some plays today that helped this team win. I hope he continues to improve, for the most part the defensive front is still not getting the pressure we need. Secondary has done an outstanding job for the Cowboys.

The main difference in our view is I trust Rod to run this defense over fans who are more interested in pet cats. I have 53 pet cats they are called the Dallas Cowboys.

I agree, and in my book, the secondary has been very close to top shelf.
