In my high school we had a bat that we called The Hit Stick and anyone who got the biggest hit of the game, each week, would sign then name on it and then get to carry it around for the next week. That was always pretty cool.
I only wish that I'd had the dedication, to working out and such, and the desire to play defense back then the way I do now. I might have actually gotten that thing a few times if I had.
