Bring him back, when I saw him with Scandrick, Lee on the sideline gathering the troops after being down 21-0 he looked like a changed man from when he first got here.

I want hardy and RoMc back. Give them incentive based contracts which require them to also participate in training camp.

I would like him to stay here at a decently fair market price.

The interesting thing here is that the Cowboys have already taken the PR hit for signing him this year. Any other team signing him will have to deal with that fresh. So the market is skewed towards the Cowboys in a way.

Would love to have him back. Only downside would be we might not ever see Gregory. Hardy is young

Amazing how 15 minutes ago no one on this forum really wanted him back, now he says he wants to come back and everyone wants him again. Hardy has the potential to be much better in year 2, but would want him to test the market to determine his value. Personally I think a lot of teams stay clear of him and those that are interested probably offer him a shorter deal. I would take him back on a resonable contract that was 1 to 3 years with minimal guarantees. That may be of benefit to Hardy anyway as he is still young and could hit free agency again very soon with a more productive season under his belt.

I would like him back with a couple of qualifyers..

1) That the Dallas media stop going into the domestic issues. You can't stop the national media but the local press needs to end it.

2) That they use him more like they used Ware. Move him around and let him lineup where the OL has a weakness and turn him loose.

3) Relieve him of having to worry about run support and send him at the QB. Let the QB become conscious Hardy is going to be in his face every play.

4) Don't feed Hardy before a game and beat him with a stick. Get him good and mad.

Frankly, I thought he was much more dangerous earlier in the season before Garrett started talking to him.

He was looking like a leader and fiery. Its what the defense needs. Not enough emotion.

So sure..bring him back and take the chains off. Love to see it.

That's what you say in business. It doesn't mean he's coming back cheap or nobody will offer him a high salary.

I'd have no interest. Let him go out and shop himself. Only if he has nothing out there and is willing to come back on a one year deal would I consider it.

My guess is that it'll be another one year deal, maybe with a team option in the 2nd year.

Funny, I was going to start a thread on that. After today's game, I'm not sure either side would want anything other than a one year incentive contract like he signed this. He is too far removed from his dominant season for Dallas to offer a lot of guaranteed money and Hardy has too much upside to lock in a 3 - 5 year contract right now when he could put up a big season next year and get twice as much next offseason.

IMO both sides want a one year contract with a lot of incentives and both sides want it to be in Dallas. ETA: One week after the Super Bowl.

I am not opposed to bringing Hardy back but he is not an Elite pass rusher at this point, so the deal and money would have to symmetrical to production.

He has been disruptive at times but not the sack master like before his suspension.

His presence has helped the others some but not enough to warrant Elite money!
