Before I bring him back, I would get a thoroughly psychological evaluation on him. He is not right in the head especially after he commented on playing with legends of game in referring to Garrett lol

I wasn't for signing him initially, but I'm okay with signing him to a Cowboy-friendly contract. I think he was humbled this year, and since the outcry, he hasn't caused any more trouble - not that I have read.

I think he has worked his butt off, and I believe he has been injured. Plus, I cut him slack because he hadn't played in over a year.

We'll get him some more help in the draft and in free agency, and he'll likely return to being dominant.

"My goal is to be on the field next year because every year you're on the field is a gift," Hardy told 105.3 The Fan's Ben Rogers. "My preference would be to be on the team, period, signed. And not on my bench or on my couch."

Could this have been Hardy's last game for the Cowboys with free agency coming up?

"I'd be kind of sad because I look good in blue and white, let's be honest." Hardy said, via Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News. "It's been awesome. I got to play with fricken' Tony Romo, I got to play with Dez Bryant, I got to play with Jason Witten, I got to play with fricken' Sean Lee. I got to play with monsters in this game, legends in this game. The fricken' head coach,Jerry Jones, the Jones family, legendary people in this game, people who know a lot. I've learned so much. I've been a part of so much. I was ecstatic."

And if the Cowboys offer Hardy this offseason?

"I would love to stay here," Hardy said.

Wouldn't mind another 1 year deal tbh. Make it the same structure as this year.

3 year max.

I agree keep him, get him signed so he is in Dallas next year because it sounds like that he wants to be here and play for the team. I think with time in Dallas he can and will become a beast of a player. And no suspense taking forever to get it done, have had enough this season lol

Lose. Him. Fast. Draft somebody to replace him without the sideshow garbage.

I'd bring him back, and his performance has made the price more reasonable than I thought it would be. Just have to be sure the contract has protection for the team against bad behavior.

everybody always says "at a team friendly offer"
what we paid him last year is the starting price
thinking otherwise isn't NFL reality
the team had leverage last year also

What controversy has he caused here other than signing here in the first place and getting roasted for something that already caused him to miss a year and then 4 games this season?
