Resign for something like 3 for $22 million and bonuses for Pro Bowl and 12+ sacks a season.

What controversy has he caused here other than signing here in the first place and getting roasted for something that already caused him to miss a year and then 4 games this season?

He said he would "come out guns blazing" and that Brady's wife was hot. That caused the stock market to drop 2000 points, several States to seceed from the US, widespread famine in Pakistan and 200,000 idiotic Internet posts.

Actually I'm kidding, it was just the Internet posts.

To be honest, I think more than just Hardy thinks that Brady's wife has a touch of beauty to her.

3 sacks in the last 9 games............did jack today against a backup..........I would not break the bank for this guy, heavy incentive laden deal only.

Does it really matter?

If controversy is there then it's there. It doesn't matter if Hardy did - or did not - do anything additional that would warrant all the attention because guess what......it's still there. Perhaps such considerations should have been made before bringing the guy on board. It's not like criticism and of his every comment or tweet was an unforeseeable outcome.

You can't put yourself in a position that everyone knew they would assume by signing the guy, and then play the role of victim because of the position your are in.

Hardy is a passrusher that makes this defense better. No denying that.

The PR nightmare is over. The media doesn't care. So should those that have something personal against him.

He wants to be here. He's a hard worker and is passionate about the game.

He may not be RKG but who cares.

Hardy deserves to be signed. If we let him get away will see a drop-off in the passrushing department next year. Passrushers like Hardy don't grow on trees. Sign him to a reasonable contract and be done with.

I agree he might be more of rotational player but Gregory isn't a lock and Dallas needs some protection here before going into draft. I would make contract incentive based but wouldn't insult him with low ball offer.

Agree.

Anyone who thinks we are better off without Hardy is not looking at the big picture and i seriously doubt Greg will be commanding a massive amount of money.

Fully incentive laced deal over maybe 2 years with a behaviour clause built in is a must and i think he will take it. So if he does stuff up ( which i doubt ) we are not paying him and taking a Cap hit.

If we lose him it is another area of need we need to fill via the draft and we have enough holes already without having to worry about losing Hardy and replacing him through the draft and who knows how these kids adapt to NFL life and what has Gregory done this season??

Hardy is a must sign for me.

I'm guessing Dallas will likely resign him. Him being there helped D-Law play much better. I don't think they're going to over look that fact.

I wasn't for signing him initially, but I'm okay with signing him to a Cowboy-friendly contract. I think he was humbled this year, and since the outcry, he hasn't caused any more trouble - not that I have read.

I think he has worked his butt off, and I believe he has been injured. Plus, I cut him slack because he hadn't played in over a year.

We'll get him some more help in the draft and in free agency, and he'll likely return to being dominant.

Make an offer and make it quick and quietly and I think it gets done.

i think both sides are done with the noise and just want to play football. I don't think he wants to go on a FA tour with all the interviews and attention.

She sells coffee tables books of herself naked for $700.

She knows how hot she is and so does everyone else.

Another non-troversy.

A whole year off plus a 4 game suspension and he was still plenty disruptive.

I would bring him back. Would like to see what he does next year when he's actually in football shape.

yes, we know what we have with this guy, and his potential with a full TC is off the charts...I don't care about the side-line stuff...I think that was trying to fire people up...

bring him back (don't break the bank)

Based on what I think can only be called an unenthusiastic opinion of Hardy's 2015 in comparison... and he was asked twice... to pretty much every other person about whom he was asked to comment, I'm sold that Jason Garrett isn't going to be advocating for Greg Hardy's 2016 return. But maybe that's just me. Anybody else watch the final news conference and come away with a different impression?

I don't think Jason was ever totally in favor of getting Hardy to begin with and I don't think Jason would lose any sleep if Hardy left.

Just an impression I got, I could be wrong.
