We’ve kept a similar system in place since his rookie year and Cooper Rush was able to win 3 of 4 games this past season.

We know what Dak is now and he isn’t the type of player that his contract needs him to be. That’s obvious.

I dont think so the system is very diferent now than it use to be, I have this same statement going in another thread, the full spread option route shceme is much diferent than what we ran in 2016 and what you will see this year (I think of course no one actually knows what MM will run). This year your route scheme will not be 4 option routes and it will be a much quicker read and release, now as for Daks contract...are we talking actual cap hit or are you including money he has not and probably will not see?

I am definitely not the one who looks foolish. I simply said I will take the bet after Training Camp.

As for my reasoning behind it. I like betting. Not really hard to figure out. And that stat line if Dak stays healthy is achievable. You are the one who put forth a bet that is Dak vs the field. I simply think the bet where Dak is playing against himself is the smarter play. From a bettors standpoint.

As for keeping quiet. Do you really want to go there? You talk about Dak in every single possible thread. Even ones not related to him.

Hes special at every position. The guy played corner his first year better than Nashon Wright has.

Micah at LB in his first year won us games with his sideline speed stopping a few running QBs on plays he had NO BUSINESS making. LOL.

Exactly, the thing that i disagree with most is "Dak couldn't mess that 2016 team up" BS he could've for sure sank that team with TO's and not handling pressure as a rookie QB..He did so whats the problem with giving him credit for it? I fully agree Dak had a bad year for his standards last year and that he stunk the place up in the playoff game against the niners, why does that have to mean he also sucked in 2016 when clearly he didnt.

Garrett’s offense with a rookie QB that has the best offensive line in the NFL and Ezekiel Elliot at tailback was not a bad thing for a rookie QB.

That simplicity was a good thing.

Garrett’s entire scheme is our guys are better than your guys and at that time we were.


Daniel Jones was a veteran QB and his supporting cast was trash.

The our guys are better than your guys doesn’t work when your team stinks.

Garrett absolutely sucked but in 2016 his simplicity wasn’t a bad thing because it helped Dak and played to our strength which was the Oline and Zeke.
