Exactly, the thing that i disagree with most is "Dak couldn't mess that 2016 team up" BS he could've for sure sank that team with TO's and not handling pressure as a rookie QB..He did so whats the problem with giving him credit for it? I fully agree Dak had a bad year for his standards last year and that he stunk the place up in the playoff game against the niners, why does that have to mean he also sucked in 2016 when clearly he didnt.

Man….I feel the same way. Which is my point about if the supporting cast was so good why did they only win 4 games and really I think it’s 1 I think Romo won three of them. You have to be able to play quarterback in this league….you can’t hide behind poor coaching or good personnel.

Garrett’s offense with a rookie QB that has the best offensive line in the NFL and Ezekiel Elliot at tailback was not a bad thing for a rookie QB.

That simplicity was a good thing.

Garrett’s entire scheme is our guys are better than your guys and at that time we were.


Daniel Jones was a veteran QB and his supporting cast was trash.

The our guys are better than your guys doesn’t work when your team stinks.

Garrett absolutely sucked but in 2016 his simplicity wasn’t a bad thing because it helped Dak and played to our strength which was the Oline and Zeke.
