I hate to be that guy (not really because I'm doing it anyway) but who here is actually confident that come Nov 6th we won't hear that he failed another test.

edit: And even *if* he's reinstated, does anyone actually think he'll be in shape enough to contribute?

That gives him plenty of time to get that extended. Just think....this time next year his NFL tenure of availability might surpass his suspension time.

I can almost guarantee this headline will appear BEFORE he is eligible for reinstatement:

Breaking news: Randy Gregory rumored to have failed another drug test. Faces banishment from NFL.

Gregory = unreliable
This calls for a fat, celebratory joint.
:lmao::lmao2::lmao:

I was thinking about that cat just the other day,,, er,,,#94,,,, not the fat joint.
It would be easy to assume he's stayed his directed course but I'm not entirely sold on it, he could've been dragging a tractor tire behind him while push mowing his grass all this timeo_O

I have no faith whatsoever that this is ever going to work out, so I don't feel the least bit of excitement about this. With that being said, as long as you aren't depending on him at all and just consider anything you get from Gregory to be a bonus at this point, then he would be one helluva cherry on top of what is shaping up to be a really good defensive line once Irving gets back.

You may be done with him. I'm not. I love Irving. Look at my sig.

Irving isn't a Randy Gregory. And I'm not giving up on him because of some stupid ******* plant.
Trouty--- I really like Randy Gregory and i love his play on the field...i hope like heck we can get him back...but i thought i heard he had failed yet again another test and that would nullify the one year rule and begin the "who knows maybe forever" rule?

Oh cut it out, Z.

Cut it out. As if he's had anytime to get acclimated without interruptions. Again, how'd he look his last game? And his first game before the high ankle sprain?
Dude you are spot on. Gregory can help this team win ball games. A line of Lawrence, Irving, Collins, Gregory in the 4th on passing downs.......that's superiority and superbowl caliber. Only 4 rushing would create so much havoc its insane.

I loved Gregory when we picked him and still support him now.
